Each year, Snarky Elephant Productions inducts a select number of underrepresented creators with valuable content to join our highly competitive Incubator program for a period of one year. Creators are carefully selected by our Advisory Board made up of executives and creatives from all parts of the industry, including Netflix, Lionsgate, and Sundance. Among other benefits, cohorts become a part of a SEP network which includes their fellow members, alumni, our Advisory Board, team, and more! We are extremely excited to welcome each and every one of these talented individuals!
